2 night minimum for cabin rental

Lake House Rates:
$850/night for up to 25 people
$15/night for each additional person
Children 3 and under are FREE 3 night minimum for house rental in Summer
$175 one time cleaning fee 2 night minimum Labor Day-Memorial Day
We have a 30 day cancellation policy on LOG CABIN rentals.
We have a 90 day cancellation policy on the LAKE HOUSE rental.
If you cancel with the appropriate notice your deposit/pre-payment will be returned.
We require a $145 deposit/pre-payment on LOG CABIN rentals.
We require a $500 deposit/pre-payment on LAKE HOUSE rentals.
There is a $50 fee for keys not turned in.
There is a $50 fee for cabins left unnecessarily dirty
There is a $150 fee if the Lake House is left unnecessarily dirty.
