Rates - Willow Point Resort

LOG CABIN RATES:       MAXIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE PER CABIN........NO PETS.....NO SMOKING

              $155/night for TWO people
              $15/night for each additional person
              2 night minimum for cabin rental ...3 night minimum on holidays
              Children 3 and under are FREE
              $10 Reservation/Credit Card Verification Fee

CABIN DEPOSITS:
Most reservations can be held with a major credit card...Visa, Master Card or Discover
Reservations for holidays must be prepaid...30 day cancellation policy applies.
Groups reserving more than six nights total are required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit
   at the time the reservations are made.

CABIN CANCELLATIONS:
Reservations in effect 29 days prior to arrival will be considered confirmed and any cancellations after
that date will be charged the full reservation cost..including "no shows".

CABIN FEES:
$50 for keys not turned in.
$100 for cabins left unnecessarily dirty

CHECK IN ANYTIME AFTER 3 PM
CHECK OUT BY 11 AM

LAKE HOUSE RATES: MAXIMUM OF 25 PEOPLE .........NO PETS.....NO SMOKING

                  $895/night for up to 25 people max on the property

                 Children 3 and under are FREE            3 night minimum for house rental in Summer
                $175 one time cleaning fee                 2 night minimum Fall-Winter-Spring (Labor Day-Memorial Day)

HOUSE DEPOSITS:
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time the reservation is made.
The balance of the rental fees must be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival.

HOUSE CANCELLATIONS:
We have a 90 day cancellation policy for the Lake House.
Rental fees will NOT be refunded for cancellations with less than 90 days notice.
Rental fees WILL be refunded for cancellations with more than 90 days notice
                       ....EXCEPT for the $500 non-refundable deposit

HOUSE FEES:
$200 if the Lake House is left unnecessarily dirty.
