LOG CABIN RATES

MAXIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE PER CABIN……NO PETS……NO SMOKING

$155/night for TWO people 
$15/night for each additional person 
Children 3 and under are FREE
2 night minimum for cabin rental
3 night minimum on holidays 
$10 Reservation/Credit Card Verification Fee

LOG CABIN DEPOSITS

Most reservations can be held with a major credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover only)

Reservations for holidays must be prepaid

Groups reserving more than six nights total require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time the reservation is made

LOG CABIN CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations require a notice 30 days prior to arrival

Reservations in effect 29 days prior to arrival will be considered confirmed and any cancellations after that date will be charged the full reservation cost..including “no shows”

LOG CABIN ADDITIONAL FEES:

$50 for keys not turned in

CHECK IN ANYTIME AFTER 3 PM 
CHECK OUT BY 11 AM

LAKE HOUSE RATES

MAXIMUM OF 25 PEOPLE ……NO PETS……NO SMOKING

$895/night for up to 25 people 
Children 3 and under are FREE 
3 night minimum from Memorial Day through Labor Day
2 night minimum after Labor Day until Memorial Day
$175 one time cleaning fee

LAKE HOUSE DEPOSIT

A 50% non-refundable deposit required at the time the reservation is made

The balance of the rental fees must be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival.

LAKE HOUSE CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations require a notice 90 days prior to arrival

Rental fees will NOT be refunded for cancellations with less than 90 days notice

Rental fees WILL be refunded for cancellations with more than 90 days notice….EXCEPT for the 50% non-refundable deposit
