Resort Policies
In order to ensure that all of our guests have a safe and enjoyable stay at Willow Point Resort, we ask that everyone adhere to the following policies.
Safety Policies:
- There has been recent construction on the property, so be watchful and wear proper shoes.
- Swim at your own risk. NO LIFEGUARD.
- No diving.
- You must be 14 years old to use the hot tub. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or other health problems, do not use the hot tub.
- Stormy weather and strong winds can occur suddenly on Lake Buchanan. Be watchful and get off the lake before the weather turns stormy.
- Life jackets must be worn when using water craft.
- No open bonfires. Use charcoal only in grills.
- No glass on the beaches.
- All cabins are non-smoking. If you do smoke, place cigarette butts in proper receptacle.
Hospitality Policies:
- Quiet time is 10 pm to 9 am.
- This is a natural area; watch out for "critters" and be respectful of nature. No feeding the animals or harassing them, either.
- Park in designated parking areas only.
- Be considerate of your neighbor regarding your noise, music, etc.
- The speed limit is 5 mph on the property and we suggest 15 mph on Ellison Drive.
- Please close all windows when you leave the cabin. Sudden, heavy rain showers are common at any time of year and you could return to a very wet cabin!
- Please place all trash in trash cans.
